General skin retouching: Smoothing and minimizing of pores and blemishes, Color enhanced and “popped”, eyes brightened,
Beauty retouching for skin care brand StriVectin. The key is to not let images look too retouched.
Beauty retouching for skin care company Strivectin. Edits included product replacement, skin smoothing, global and selective color adjustments.
The smear was originally put on thick but the client wanted a smooth transition from thick to almost nothing. I found a similar angled face where I could lift a clean cheek as to not loose any valuable skin texture. Tattoo removal and basic skin clean up was also done.
Changed the expression on model’s face. Found a different select with a smile and basically transplanted the head to the existing body.
These Images show careful color correction and retouching of metals, precious metals, jewels and plastics. In many cases the elements of the watches had to be reconstructed or picked up from other image cuts.

These watches typically go through numerous rounds of retouching and color corrections. The hands have to be adjusted to read 10:09 with the second hand pointing to :37. The face also gets slightly enlarged. Normally there are similar watches within the same family, so many of the components tend to get picked up from each other.
Color was adjusted for the pink ribbon and button, the burgundy tag's logo was changed to an embossed metallic logo and the client requested an outline. The watch case's reflections were changed and the metal required a significant amount of clean up, particularly on the feathers. the burgundy lock's reflectiveness was altered. The burgundy logos on the watch face were color corrected.

Image Extensions, smoothing of clothing, head replacements, color corrections and clean ups of skin and environment as per the clients' request.
The corrections included color correction of clothing, jewelry, skin and hair, fly aways were minimized, head was replaced and floor was cleaned up.
Brightening of Headboard, straightening of floor tiles, over all color corrections applied to clothing, skin, jewelry and hair.
The purple flare on the left side of the image had to be brightened as much as possible, a hole in the jeans patched, color corrections to skin, hair, clothes and shoes as well as natural looking smoothing of the clothes.

4 color image was converted to Grayscale. Sweater had to be opened up quite a bit for detail, contrast was enhanced to give clarity to the image.

Skin was smoothed, moles removed, hand veins were minimized. A light in the background had to be removed. Two selects needed to be made. One with and one without glitter falling. Both images had to have the same retouching applied to the model.
This image has corrections to the background, (floor and bench clean up, Highlight on train minimized, unwanted type removed) and color corrections and retouching applied to the model. (hair style altered, bag color altered an strap removed, hood removed, reflections on laptop removed, boots less bulky).

Wrinkle removal, body hair reduction and color balancing for pleasing flesh tones.
The shadow to the left of his head was significantly lightened and the fly hole on the underwear was closed. Some skin smoothing and vein/arm hair minimizing was also done.
Color corrections of their skin, opened up to show more detail, slight re-contouring of her body and fly aways were removed. The background was knocked out.

The shot was brightened and her skin was cleaned up and redness was lessened. The overall red cast was also made cooler. The car's stickers on the windshield and some side window flaps were removed as well. Over all color correction of clothes and bag to match merchandise.

This ad campaign was created using images similar to the one on the left to create the various background elements using various special effects, with the original select composited on top.
These images were created from 40 or more separate images to create the drops, flowing water, algae, kelp and water background. There were wet and dry shots of the products which were merged to create just the right amount of wetness without distorting the product deco. The type was also replaced with Illustrator vector files.
The random drops in the original shot were placed and cloned in such a way as to shape the bottle silhouette.
The image had to be extended on top and to the left. A rose had to be removed and her hair had to be cloned in. Some of the flowers were repositioned.
The image had to be extended on three sides- right bottom and left, the right side being the trickiest as hair and an arm had to be extended.
Most of the work involved with these images was color correction and clean up of Diamonds and settings. Golds and Silvers had to be enhanced and cleaned up. The client likes their diamonds to look a certain way (on the cool side) and sparkling nicely. There were times when additional colors had to be "injected" into the diamonds for additional dimension. Many images had to be knocked out of the backgrounds they were shot in, where the sympathetic color casts had to be neutralized and specular reflections removed.
The left side of the neclace was out of focus, so the blurry links and stones were replaced with sharper ones using the same shot.

This image was created using multiple shots. One was used for the Lenses, another for the logos, another for the background and yet another for the frames.
Color corrections/clean up and removal of center bar obscuring the writing on the trophy.
Image extension adding the background fade and color correction of individual bottles. The Deco type on the bottles was also replaced.
This image needed the grapes taken out and replaced with cherries from a different shot. The whip was also replaced. Background was lightened and reflections faded to white.
This image was heavily color corrected for the packaging of the Tenacious D Movie and soundtrack. After significant back and forth until final approval, the client wished to apply all color corrections to a much larger image for posters and bus wraps, etc. I could not use the masks from the small image. The image dimensions were totally different, so I had to recreate all the masks and apply the color corrections.
